I HATE AT&T IS THAT WRONG?

Lightning takes out the modem and back up U-verse goes down late on Sunday in our area. One call to AT&T they were out the next day which was a Monday. Had me back in action from a remote location in less than 24 hours. I was amazed give credit when credit is due.

Most people that have written in I did not feel I should publish, others noted it was amazing how well everything works with instantaneous communication. Across the world we communicate and share news ideas and with each other.

Not to worry I will be back in action when the new modem is sent overnight to me. Eight days later, numerous calls and customer service is still sorry about the situation. So sorry I am being charged for the time the line is down. I was told to call back to get a credit. Great I feel better about things now. Another call to AT&T and the test of anger management.
